A fit-for-purpose facility on the existing site of Mona Vale SLSC. Set over two levels, the spacious and environmentally friendly clubhouse will have 1690m2 of space. A new cafe, restaurant, nippers’ facilities, storage for the local board riders club, function space, a first aid room, family change facilities, and improved accessibility have been integrated into the design of this building.

The building will also address existing safety issues and reduce long-term maintenance costs by implementing environmentally sustainable initiatives including solar panels and using recycled rainwater.

The project will meet the future needs of the club which provide a valuable service to the community and significantly benefit our professional and volunteer lifeguards.
